Teletubbies Bubble Bouquet
Note that our delivery person will only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery location. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date/time stated in the order confirmation. Our driver will do his best to contact the recipient/sender within this time frame. A photo will be taken and sent to sender as proof of successful delivery. Should this option be chosen, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the flowers from that point onwards. If the customer did not opt for flowers to be left at the doorstep/reception, the flowers wil be brought back. Re-delivery charges will apply, subject to our availability.
In the event of a missed delivery, i.e. both recipient/sender not contactable, wrong address provided, a re-delivery charge will be applied. Alternatively, you can arrange for self collection of the flowers on the following day. Please note that re-delivery on the same day is not possible during peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
